I see symptoms as valuable warning signals from the body that tell us that something is out of balance - whether physically or mentally. They prompt us to rethink our lifestyle and habits before serious health problems arise.
Holistic approach to finding the causes
70% of all illnesses have psychological causes - which is one of the reasons why I studied psychology. But through my years of experience and intensive engagement with health related topics, I realised that our body and mind are closely linked and that I have more success when I look at different areas.
Focus on gut health, Ayurveda and mental health
I am particularly fascinated by the close connection between nutrition, lifestyle, the immune system, and gut health.
I know from personal experience how distressing gut issues such as bloating or dysbiosis can be, and this has fuelled my passion for this topic. Through my personal journey and the knowledge I have gained, I specifically support people who suffer from similar complaints.
You are in control of your health
Many illnesses are not simply hereditary - we have a big influence on our health. I encourage my clients to take personal responsibility and actively work on their healing and goals. A sustainable path to health takes time and patience and is not achieved through quick fixes or pills.

After my master’s in psychology, I went on a multi-year journey to find out how else I could positively influence my mental and physical health. Nutrition and meditation in particular caught my attention.
In addition to my further education as a holistic nutrition and health consultant, I also integrate principles of Ayurveda and focus on gut health. I love helping people to eat healthier, and enjoy food and life.
