During a cooking class in Sri Lanka, I realised for the first time the big difference that freshly ground spices can make. The aroma and flavour of this curry were incomparable - the best I have ever smelled.
Back at home, I set about recreating this wonderful curry. After months of experimenting and refining, we finally came up with our own version.
I took it to my cooking classes. Many people wanted to know where they could buy this curry. That's why I now offer the opportunity to buy it directly from me.
We grind the spices with minimal heat development. This ensures that the flavour and nutrients are fully preserved.
